Job Overview

Centrix Interiors is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple interior design projects. This is a Senior level position with a required experience of 7 to 10 years. The job is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and is a Full-Time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• 7 to 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the interior design industry
• Strong business acumen and understanding of project implementation
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional project teams
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and stakeholders
• Experience in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Knowledge of interior fit-out and construction processes
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of interior design projects
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Lead and motivate project teams to ensure successful project execution
• Monitor project progress and take corrective actions as necessary to meet project goals
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and management
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company policies
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
• Manage project contracts, including procurement and vendor management
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues
