Job Overview

Centrix Interiors is looking for a dedicated Office Boy to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As an Office Boy, you will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks and maintaining a clean and organized office environment. This is a Full-Time position suitable for Fresher with less than 1 year of experience. Qualifications and Skills

  • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience.
  • Knowledge of localities in Hyderabad is preferred.
  • Must be able to speak Hindi fluently.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the office premises are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
  • Perform general office duties, such as photocopying documents, scanning, and filing.
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry and organizing files.
  • Prepare and serve beverages and snacks to staff and guests as required.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Run errands such as purchasing office supplies, delivering documents, etc.
  • Assist in organizing meetings and events by setting up and cleaning meeting rooms.
  • Support office staff with other tasks as needed.
