Job Overview

Centrix Interiors is seeking a Junior Human Resources Assistant based in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department with recruitment coordination, data entry, and other administrative tasks.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Recruitment Coordination (Mandatory skill)
  • Data Entry (Mandatory skill)
  • Administrative Support: Ability to manage office administration and assist in HR tasks efficiently.
  • Employee Onboarding: Experience in onboarding new hires and ensuring smooth transitioning.
  • HRIS Management: Competence in maintaining and managing Human Resource Information Systems.
  • Benefits Administration: Ability to handle and administer employee benefits programs.
  • Employee Relations: Skill in resolving employee issues and maintaining good employee relations.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize work schedules, maintain records, and ensure a well-structured workflow.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update employee records and maintain HR databases accurately.
  • Support the HR department with various administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and documentation.
  • Facilitate smooth employee onboarding by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Manage HRIS and ensure timely updates and accuracy of all data entries.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and address any related queries or issues.
  • Assist in maintaining positive employee relations by addressing complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Organize and maintain confidential employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
