Job Overview
Centrix Interiors is seeking a Junior Human Resources Assistant based in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department with recruitment coordination, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
- Recruitment Coordination (Mandatory skill)

- Administrative Support: Ability to manage office administration and assist in HR tasks efficiently.
- Employee Onboarding: Experience in onboarding new hires and ensuring smooth transitioning.
- HRIS Management: Competence in maintaining and managing Human Resource Information Systems.
- Benefits Administration: Ability to handle and administer employee benefits programs.
- Employee Relations: Skill in resolving employee issues and maintaining good employee relations.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize work schedules, maintain records, and ensure a well-structured workflow.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Perform data entry tasks to update employee records and maintain HR databases accurately.
- Support the HR department with various administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and documentation.
- Facilitate smooth employee onboarding by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Manage HRIS and ensure timely updates and accuracy of all data entries.
- Administer employee benefits programs and address any related queries or issues.
- Assist in maintaining positive employee relations by addressing complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Organize and maintain confidential employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
