Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development professional to join our team at Centrix Interiors. As a Business Development, you will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of our organization. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients. The successful candidate will have a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the interior design or related industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and target-driven individual
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel as required

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business risks and opportunities
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization
