Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Billing Assistant to join our team at Centrix Interiors. This position is ideal for freshers who are looking to start their career in the interior design industry. The role is based in Bangalore Urban and is a full-time position. The candidate should have between 0 to 1 year of work experience.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Invoicing (Mandatory skill)
  • Data Entry (Mandatory skill)
  • Account Reconciliation: Ability to reconcile accounts to ensure financial data accuracy
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to handle client queries and issues effectively
  • Microsoft Excel: Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data entry and financial calculations
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in billing and invoicing processes
  • Basic Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and clients


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review and send invoices to clients in a timely manner
  • Perform accurate data entry for financial transactions
  • Handle account reconciliation to ensure correct financial data and records
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client queries related to billing
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, calculations, and financial analysis
  • Ensure all invoicing and billing procedures are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with the finance team to resolve any billing discrepancies
  • Maintain organized records of all billing and invoicing activities
