Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager to join our growing team at Centrix Interiors. This is a mid-level, full-time position based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience in the industry. As an Account Manager, you will be pivotal in managing client relationships and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through analytical and strategic skills.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience in account management.
  • Strong analytical skills (Mandatory skill), with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven experience in relationship management, demonstrating the ability to maintain and grow client relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in sales strategy development and implementation to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Expertise in customer retention strategies to ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills to close deals and manage client expectations successfully.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas and proposals clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address client issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Team collaboration skills, fostering a cooperative environment to achieve common goals and objectives.


Roles and Responsibilities

Creating periodic reports (e.g., balance sheets, profit & loss statements)

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for account management matters.
  • Identify and understand client needs to provide tailored workplace solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast future sales to ensure consistent business growth.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
  • Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and reports to clients and senior management.
  • Handle client queries and complaints efficiently, ensuring quick resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and campaigns to attract new clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and account progress.
