Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Bench Sales Recruiter for our Noida location. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 5 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in sales, negotiation, and candidate sourcing, along with a solid understanding of recruitment and client management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Markets and places bench candidates, manages client relationships, and ensures successful job placements.
- Proficiency in sales, specifically in the context of recruitment processes (Mandatory skill)
- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful placements and contracts (Mandatory skill)
- Experience in candidate sourcing using various platforms and methods (Mandatory skill)
- Proven experience in recruitment and placement of candidates
- Excellent client management skills, ensuring long-term professional relationships
