About Us :

At Censius, we're eliminating barriers to AI adoption in enterprises by making it easier to build, deploy, and monitor. We want to empower citizen data scientists to build AI in an intuitive and enjoyable way.

What you will do :

You will be instrumental in putting together the building blocks for our platform. As an early employee, you will be responsible to make decisions on designing and implementing a cloud-native ML pipeline that is open-source, extensible, and automates well. Working closely with the data engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring compatibility with the rest of the platform.

Skills and attributes for success :

We will want you to have :

- 2+ years of ML experience (preferably some of that time spent at a startup)

- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience

- Proficient in Python and Java (familiarity with Golang is a bonus)

- Experience building an ML pipeline, deploying it in production and monitoring it.

- Experience with Tensorflow, Keras, and Scikit-learn

It'd be nice if you have :

- Experience with model tracking and versioning (using MLFlow or similar)

- Experience with AutoML and Explainability

- Exposure to other ML/DL frameworks (MLLib, PyTorch, and MXNet)

-Built distributed systems

You will excel in this role if :

- You are scrappy, take ownership, and follow through to the very end.

- You enjoy wearing multiple hats and aren't afraid to get your feet wet with new technologies.

- A sincere desire to learn and grow - we're quite small, so the desire to learn and grow as the company grows is essential!
