As the Business Development Manager - Digital Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Identify New Business Opportunities: Research, identify, and target potential clients who could benefit from our digital marketing services. Understand their needs, pain points, and objectives to effectively position our solutions.
Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Continuously evaluate and refine these strategies to ensure maximum effectiveness.
Lead the Sales Process:
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and initial contact to contract negotiation and deal closure. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.
Build Strong Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospects, clients, and industry influencers to enhance the company's reputation and generate referral business.
Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and technical teams to develop customized proposals and solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing. Leverage this knowledge to advise clients and enhance the company's service offerings.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing significantly to the overall growth of the company.
Market Analysis and Reporting: Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and industry trends analysis. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team to drive informed business decisions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven track record of success in digital marketing sales and business development, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, client behavior, and industry trends in the digital marketing landscape.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Result-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for tracking and reporting purposes.
