Job Overview


We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Cemech Luxury Paints. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing customer relationships in the paint industry. This is a full-time position based in Khammam, Telangana, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in territory sales management, preferably in the paint industry
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base within the assigned territory
  • Identify potential customers and generate new leads through market research and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers about the features and benefits of our paint products
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team
  • Stay updated with industry developments, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings
  • Travel within the assigned territory to meet customers and attend industry events
