Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Cemech Luxury Paints. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing customer relationships in the paint industry. This is a full-time position based in Khammam, Telangana, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in territory sales management, preferably in the paint industry
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base within the assigned territory
- Identify potential customers and generate new leads through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers about the features and benefits of our paint products
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team
- Stay updated with industry developments, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet customers and attend industry events
