Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled Tele Caller to join our team at Cemech Luxury Paints. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, answering their questions about our luxury paint products, and persuading them to make a purchase. This is a full-time role based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and we are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of prior experience in a similar position.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Tele Caller or in a similar telemarketing role
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to persuade and influence customers
  • Knowledge of luxury paint products and their application
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software
  • Target-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales goals
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Reach out to potential customers via telephone to introduce and promote our luxury paint products
  • Answer incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, pricing, and delivery
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding product features, benefits, and usage
  • Persuade customers to make a purchase by highlighting the unique qualities of our luxury paint products
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer queries
  • Record customer details, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify potential upsell opportunities
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets as set by the sales manager
  • Collaborate with the sales team to devise effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
