Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position suitable for a junior level professional with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The job locations are flexible, covering Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Mysuru, and Hyderabad. Your primary role will be to engage in outbound sales activities and drive new business opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Cold calling (Mandatory skill): Experience in initiating contact with potential customers through phone calls.
- Closing deals (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to finalize sales transactions effectively.
- Sales techniques (Mandatory skill): In-depth understanding of various sales methodologies.
- Lead generation: Expertise in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Negotiation: Proficient in negotiating terms and agreements with clients.
- Product knowledge: Adequate understanding of the products and services offered.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- CRM software proficiency: Experience using Customer Relationship Management tools to manage and analyze customer interactions.
