Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated mid-level Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. This full-time, remote position requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm for cold calling, customer relationship management, and sales closing. Candidates can be based in Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, or Mysuru.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in cold calling (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (Mandatory skill).
• Strong track record in sales closing (Mandatory skill).
• Excellent negotiation skills to effectively handle customer queries and objections.
• In-depth product knowledge to educate and inform potential clients about the company's offerings.

• High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection while remaining motivated and optimistic.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound cold calls to potential clients and introduce them to our brand promotion services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate terms and conditions, and successfully close sales deals to meet and exceed targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
• Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
• Provide regular feedback and reports to the sales manager regarding progress and challenges.
