Job Description:

 Manage full cycle recruitment from identifying potential hire interviewing and evaluating candidates.

HR recruiter responsible for sourcing candidate’s online, updating job ads, Craft emails to attract passive candidates, screening incoming resume and Application form.

Interview candidates (via Phone and in person)

Scheduling walk ins

Handled job portals independently for job postings

Advertise job opening on company's Career page and provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring authority.

Proven work experiences as a HR Recruiter or similar role.

Skills & Competencies requirement

Excellent communication and sound judgment skill.

Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English, Marathi)

Organising and planning competencies

Time management skills 

Day Shift (Monday to Saturday – 10AM to 7PM)
