Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team at CloudCentric Infotech. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering Salesforce projects for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management or professional services
• Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce App Builder) is preferred
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Salesforce CRM and Force.com
• Experience in managing Salesforce implementation projects, including customization and integration
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full lifecycle Salesforce projects, from initiation to closure
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into project deliverables
• Create project plans, define project scope, and develop project schedules and timelines
• Allocate and assign resources to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor project progress, track and report on key metrics, and identify any risks or issues
• Manage project budgets and financials, including resource allocation and cost tracking
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, stakeholder communication, and status reporting
• Proactively identify and manage project dependencies, risks, and issues
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders
• Conduct post-project reviews and identify areas for process improvement
