Roles & Responsibilities :

End to End Recruitment.

Client Interaction for clarifying the requirements

Recruitment of as per client requirements in given TAT

Managing a recruitment team.

Co-ordination with candidates post selection for getting documents as required e.g. resignation letter, acceptance of resignation letter, salary slip and any relevant document as required for the joining.

MIS Reports - status of joining / requirements assigned.

Employee interaction/engagement.
