Job description:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and kannada, be customer-focused, and have a persuasive and friendly demeanor. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and generating leads.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Introduce company products/services to prospective clients.
• Engage in effective and persuasive conversations to generate leads and appointments.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while communicating with customers.
• Record and update customer information in the database.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent flow of communication.
• Provide accurate information about products/services and address customer queries.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

NOTE: This role doen't have any targets for monthly and annual can work on your pace level.English and kannada communication is needed .Female candidates are preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
