Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads: Utilize various methods, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach, to identify and engage potential clients in need of payroll services.
  • Consultative selling: Understand clients' payroll requirements and challenges to offer tailored solutions that meet their needs. Articulate the value proposition of clout business network limited and its competitive advantages to prospects.
  • Sales cycle management: Take ownership of the sales process from lead generation to deal closure. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements.
  • Relationship building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in prospective and existing client organizations. Maintain regular communication to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Market intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics. Leverage this knowledge to refine sales strategies and improve market positioning.
  • Sales targets and reporting: Set ambitious sales targets in alignment with company objectives. Track and report sales performance, providing regular updates to the sales manager and leadership team.
  • Attend industry events and conferences: Represent clout business network limited at industry events to expand the company's network and enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials. Work closely with the product team to communicate client feedback and contribute to the enhancement of products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in the payroll or HR services industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with a consultative selling mindset.
  • Familiarity with payroll software and HR technology is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel, as required, to meet with clients and attend industry events
