Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Team Lead to join our team at Cations Digital Pvt. Ltd. As an SEO Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of SEO specialists and driving the success of our clients' digital marketing campaigns. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India, and requires a senior level of experience in SEO with 7 to 10 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience as an SEO specialist or SEO team lead
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Moz
• Experience with on-page and off-page SEO optimization
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Certifications in SEO or Digital Marketing are a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, training, and mentorship
• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies and campaigns for our clients
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and metrics
• Identify and optimize off-page SEO opportunities, including link building and content promotion
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve client goals and objectives
• Track and report on SEO performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with SEO guidelines and ethical practices
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of SEO processes, tools, and techniques
