5. Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement strategies to prevent future issues.
6. Efficient Operations: Multitask by taking orders, packing efficiently, and serving safe and hygienic food to customers.
7. Scheduling and Coverage: Ensure proper employee schedules to maintain customer service standards.
8. Inventory Coordination: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stockouts. Collaborate with the outlet or shift manager for inventory-related processes.
