efore onboarding any new profiles, please ensure the following guidelines are strictly followed:

1. Overall grooming is essential for all outlet-level employees therefore if a candidate appears with a beard they must agree to remove them, as failure to do so may result in rejection during induction.
2. The candidate must be comfortable working the three shift timings as per our operational hours.
3. No fresher should be assigned the position of Commi-3; inexperienced candidates should be offered the Kitchen Helper position.
4. The candidate must have basic reading skills to read our menu items. Also, a basic of the job description must be shared with them at the time of interview. 
5. If hiring a Commi-3, ensure they are knowledgeable about different types of vegetable cuts and culinary basics.
