Caterspoint is a food delivery service located in New Delhi, offering hand-crafted comfort food made from innovative and guilt-free products, all delivered straight to our customers' doors. We are looking for a professional who can join our team as a customer support executive and provide assistance with product and service inquiries, handle complaints and resolve conflicts professionally. Customer service executives must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to multitask and remain courteous in difficult situations.
Responsibilities:
1. Handling Calls:
· Handle incoming customer calls related to food order details, inquiries, and complaints.
· Provide relevant information and assistance to customers.
2. Issue Resolution:
· Address customer issues promptly and efficiently.
· Devise clear and user-friendly solutions to problems.
3. Customer Satisfaction:
· Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement in the company’s services.
· Foster positive relationships with customers.
4. Escalation and Documentation:
· Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant departments.
· Document all call information accurately for reference and follow-up.
Qualifications
· 1-2 years of experience in Front-line customer service experience
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Customer service-oriented, proactive and resourceful
· Preferably from the food service industry.
· Good verbal, and written communication skills and active listening skills
· Good working knowledge of MS Office
