Job Description:

We are looking for an Accounts Billing Executive to manage all financial transactions related to Receivables which includes billing and accounting of receipts.

1.      Primarily responsible for checking the followings, for all bills of Sea/Air Import & Export ( freight forwarding and clearance) for shipments:

·  Proper File receipt entries to the system.

·  Verifying receipts of shipping company, CFS etc.

·  Transport Delivery challan.

·  Checking, Billing for reimbursement, and agency charges as per the terms and conditions with the client/Quotations.

·  Complete the attachment of receipts and completeness of the file.

·  Cross-checking all purchase bills like charges, GST, TDS and as per other conditions.

·  Follow up with Clients/branches for centralized customer billing & checking the correctness of the billing.

·  Preparing billing & cross-checking clearance vouchers.

·  Timely & amp; Accurate Billing. Proactively following up with internal/external team for unbilled jobs.

·  Preparing billing for Clients' shipments of Clearance/Freight forwarding.

·  Manage all procurement, shipping, and invoicing electronic files within organizational standards.

·  Analyze, track, and report non-compliance for billing process improvement.

2.      You shall perform jobs that are incidental to or connected with the above functions and which you are capable of handling, and any other tasks being assigned to you from time to time.

3.      Hands-on experience working with general ledgers, GST, TDS, and other taxation.

Requirements:

·     Must have 03-05 years' experience of working with Freight forward company.

·     Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally, ERP or other customized Accounting software.

·        Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups, pivot.

·        Having Knowledge & amp; Practical Experience GST, TDS etc.

Education: B.COM/ M.COM

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
