Role Overview:*

We are seeking a Site Engineer to manage the planning and execution of projects related to APDRP/RAPDRP/RGGVY/RDSS for State and Central utilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical engineering background and substantial field experience.

Key Responsibilities:*

- Oversee project execution at the site, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards.

- Coordinate with subcontractors, managing their activities effectively.

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers on-site to ensure smooth operations.

- Interact with local authorities, including TNEB officials, for day-to-day project activities.

- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, promoting a safe working environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:*

- *Education:* Graduate or Diploma Holder in Electrical Engineering.

- *Experience:* 4-5 years of relevant experience.

- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site activities.

- Strong leadership skills to effectively lead a team.

- Language Proficiency: Knowledge of Tamil is preferred for interactions with local officials and stakeholders.

- *Salary: Site Engineer: Up to ₹6 Lacs*
