  • Recruitment (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in managing the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding candidates in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sourcing (Mandatory skill): Ability to identify and engage potential candidates using various channels including job portals and social media.
  • Screening (Mandatory skill): Expertise in evaluating candidate resumes and profiles to determine eligibility and fit for open positions.
  • Interviewing: Competence in conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' technical and cultural alignment.
  • Candidate Assessment: Skilled in implementing assessment techniques to evaluate the skills and potential of prospective candidates.
  • Talent Acquisition: Experience in executing talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent and enhance organizational capabilities.
  • Human Resources: Foundational understanding of HR practices, especially recruitment-related functions and compliance requirements.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates using a variety of platforms, including online databases, social networks, and employee referrals.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates through resume reviews and phone screenings to assess suitability for open roles.
  • Organize and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience at all recruitment stages.
  • Facilitate candidate assessments and ensure consistent evaluation methodologies are applied across the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to support key recruitment initiatives and ensure alignment with overall talent strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR leadership on recruitment progress and challenges.
