Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary point of contact between CASA and clients.
• Conduct thorough client needs assessments and understand preferences to deliver tailored design solutions.
• Regularly engage with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients to conceptualize and develop interior design solutions.
• Create detailed design proposals, including mood boards, material selections, and 3D visualizations.
• Ensure design concepts align with client expectations and project goals.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including design specifications, drawings, and project schedules.
• Generate reports for clients, providing updates on project milestones and timelines.
• Address any deviations from the design plan promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the architecture or interior design industry.
• Proficiency in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful interior design projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry trends, materials, and construction methods.
