Job Overview

We are seeking an Executive for Real Estate Sales at our Bengaluru location. This is a full-time position requiring an individual with strong sales and market knowledge in residential real estate. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation and networking skills, and have the ability to identify client needs effectively. This role is an opportunity to contribute significantly to our sales objectives and be part of a dynamic team within a leading real estate enterprise.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential buyers to understand their requirements and showcase suitable residential real estate properties.
  • Maintain up-to-date market knowledge to advise and assist clients in making informed real estate decisions.
  • Negotiate sales agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both Casagrand and the client.
  • Develop and maintain a robust network of contacts within the real estate industry to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Prepare and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes and efficient client service delivery.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns collaboratively to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives by providing market insights and participating in promotional activities for Casagrand properties.
