Job Description: BTL Executive - Real Estate

Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic BTL Executive to join our marketing team. In this starter-level position, you will help organize promotional activities in venues like Residential Welfare Associations (RWAs), corporate offices, banks, schools, and parks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Venue Sourcing: Identify and secure locations for promotional events.
• Team Support: Assist in coordinating activities and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Local Activations: Help with local marketing efforts like flyer distribution and community engagement.
• Data Tracking: Maintain and update activity data on a weekly basis for analysis and follow-up.
• Launch Support: Support new initiatives until they are established.
• Material Coordination: Assist in obtaining necessary materials for events.
• Performance Tracking: Help monitor the effectiveness of BTL activities and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
• Basic organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest in BTL marketing or related fields.
