Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Casa Amarosa. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the sales efforts of our wholesale home and lifestyle goods to retailers in the US, Canada and Europe. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes
  • Knowledge of the home goods and lifestyle industry is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market share
  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and coaching to achieve individual and team goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing retailers, serving as their primary point of contact
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including attending industry events and trade shows
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and make recommendations for product development and improvement
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team on a regular basis
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions
  • Collaborate with the production team in India to ensure timely delivery of orders and quality control
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and continuously strive to improve sales strategies and techniques
