We are looking for a Mid-Level Sr Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. This full-time role entails working with a blend of front-end and back-end technologies to deliver robust, scalable e-commerce solutions. As a key member of our team, you will lead projects, manage team dynamics, and drive innovation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in React.JS for building responsive and dynamic front-end applications.
• Solid experience with Node.js for scalable and efficient back-end services.
• Sound knowledge of TypeScript to ensure type safety and maintainability of code.
• Proven track record in effective team management, including mentoring junior developers.
• Familiarity with GitHub for source control and collaborative development.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and concise project updates.
• Hands-on experience in agile development methodologies is highly desirable.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-featured e-commerce applications using React.JS and Node.js.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that follows established standards and best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews to maintain code quality across the team.
• Implement and monitor unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource management activities.
