Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Coimbatore. The primary focus of this role will be on recruitment and campus hiring, with a secondary responsibility for HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, a keen understanding of campus recruitment strategies, and the ability to contribute to HR operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top-quality candidates.
• Utilize various channels to attract diverse talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to proactively meet current and future hiring needs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with universities and colleges to create a strong campus hiring program.
• Plan and execute campus recruitment events, career fairs, and information sessions.
• Coordinate internship programs and build relationships with academic institutions to attract top talent.
• Develop and implement strategies to engage and retain entry-level talent.
• Support HR operations in areas such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide support in employee engagement initiatives and programs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruitment role.

Strong understanding of campus recruitment strategies and trends.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with HR operations and processes.

Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
