We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI and ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data science, and software engineering, with a proven track record of developing and deploying AI models. As an AI and ML Engineer, you will work closely with our data science team, product managers, and software developers to create and implement innovative AI solutions that address real-world problems.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and Deploy Models: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that solve real-world problems and make our products smarter.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand business needs and turn them into technical specs.
• Data Mastery: Preprocess, analyze, and engineer features from data to ensure our models have the best inputs.
• Optimize and Scale: Implement and fine-tune machine learning pipelines for efficiency and scalability.
• Measure and Improve: Evaluate model performance, iterate, and enhance accuracy and robustness.
• Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest AI and ML advancements and bring new techniques into our projects.
• Document Everything: Create clear documentation for models, processes, and systems.
• Deploy and Monitor: Help deploy models in production and keep an eye on their performance.
• Mentor and Share: Guide junior team members and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1+ years in AI and machine learning, with strong skills in algorithms, data structures, and software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Golang or Rust. Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and data tools like Pandas and NumPy.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and deploying models in the cloud. Knowledge of AWS Q and HuggingFace is a plus
•  Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Great at explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical folks.
