Job Description: Relationship Manager - Sales

Company: Caring Click Enterprise

Location: Ahmedabad

Position Type: Full-Time

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. New Client Acquisition:

l Open 15 new accounts with a minimum ₹20,000 margin money within a 15 days window.

l Ensure proper onboarding, documentation, and activation of accounts.

 

2. Systematic Investment Plans (SIP):

l Achieve a target of 15 SIP registrations.

l Each SIP must have a monthly investment of ₹2,000 for a tenure of 5 years.

l Educate clients on the benefits of disciplined and long-term investments.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

l Develop and execute strategies to meet assigned targets for account openings and SIP sales.

l Identify potential clients through cold calling, referrals, and meetings.

l Build and nurture relationships to drive client engagement.

 

Client Relationship Management:

l Regularly follow up with existing clients to ensure sustained investments and satisfaction.

l Provide market updates, product knowledge, and portfolio performance feedback to clients.

l Address client concerns promptly to maintain a high level of trust and service.

 

Reporting and Compliance:

l Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and progress toward targets.

l Adhere to all regulatory and company compliance standards.

 

Qualifications and Skills Required:

· Graduate in any discipline (Finance-related degree preferred).

· 1–3 years of experience in financial sales or related fields (stock market, mutual funds, financial service related).

· Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

· Strong ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple client relationships.

· Proficiency in MS Excel.

 

Compensation and Benefits:

l Annual Salary: ₹2.1 Lacs to ₹3.0 Lacs
