Position: Sr.Technical Analyst (A3)

Experience: 4 to 8 Yrs

Notice Period: **IMMEDIATE Joiners */ 15 Days time (Officially 1 Month Negotiable)

Skills: PeopleSoft HCM Technical, PL/SQL, People Tools - App designer, App Engine, CI, SQR, BI Publisher, knowledge in NA Payroll and Core HR,

Shift: UK & US Shifts (Weekly rotation)

Work Mode: Work from the office (We can give work from home option, but in case of any performance issue they have to be available for work from the office)

Requirement:

• 4 to 8 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleTools and PeopleSoft HCM modules.
• Have worked extensively on software development using PeopleCode, Workflow, SQR, Application Engine, Data Mover, Integration Broker, and Component Interface.
• Knowledge in PeopleSoft HCM modules - NA Payroll and Core HR.
• Knowledge on other modules like Benefits, Time & Labor is added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft applications to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform system testing, identify and resolve issues, and ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft applications.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and updates related to PeopleSoft technologies and Financials modules.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate PeopleSoft solutions with other business systems.
• Flexible to work in rotational Shift
• Ability to propose solutions and document technical specifications.
