Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Head/ Sr. HR manager to lead our HumanResources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions including India and

US, policies, and programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with employment laws.

This role reports directly to CEO/Top Management.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

 Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

 Manage the recruitment and TA division with forecasting and retention strategies

 Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and

preservation of human capital.

 Oversee and manage a performance management system.

 Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

 Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and the company.

Requirements:

 Proven experience as an HR manager for 15 to 18 years or other senior HR role

 Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and reporting.

 Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

 Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

 In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices of the industry, (preferably IT and consulting

industry)

 Degree in Human Resources or related field with HR certifications is preferred.
