SHIFT TIMING: 12 Noon to 9 PM shift with flexibility to stretch when needed and flexibility from us also to adjust based on the candidates needs from time to time

Key Responsibilities

Technical Stack - Skills Desired:

• Full Stack Development: Proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies, allowing them to work on the entire spectrum of a web application.
• Troubleshooting: A deep understanding of software architecture and the ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively. They should be comfortable debugging code, diagnosing performance problems, and resolving system-related challenges.
• Programming Languages: Mastery of languages such as JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Java, or others commonly used for full stack development.
• Frameworks and Libraries: Familiarity with relevant frameworks and libraries, such as React, Angular, Vue.js (front-end), Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails (back[1]end), and others.
• Database Management: Proficiency in working with databases, including designing schemas, optimizing queries, and ensuring data integrity. Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases is essential.
• Version Control: Experience with version control systems like Git, including branching, merging, and resolving conflicts.
• API Development: Ability to design, develop, and consume APIs for seamless communication between different parts of a system.

Project Management Skills:

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Clear communication is crucial for effective project management.
• Planning and Organization: Strong ability to create project plans, set milestones, allocate resources, and manage timelines effectively. They should be able to break down complex projects into manageable tasks.
• Risk Management: Skill in identifying potential project risks and devising strategies to mitigate them. This includes being adaptable in the face of unexpected challenges.
• Team Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with designers, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications / Desired Experience :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Minimum Of 12-15 Years Of Professional Experience

Proficiency in a variety of programming languages.

Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within scope.

Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and strategically.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
