· Manage and convert walk-ins into closures.
· Attend walk-ins and facilitate the closing of deals with effective follow-ups.
Team Collaboration:
· Attend revisits with team members and ensure successful closures.
· Collaborate with the sales team to maximize closure opportunities.
Negotiation:
· Negotiate the terms of agreements and close deals in line with company policies.
· Ensure favorable terms for both the company and the client.
Record Maintenance:
· Maintain accurate records of booking forms and details of visited clients.
· Ensure proper documentation for transparency and accountability.
Sales Targets:
· Achieve monthly sales targets and collection goals.
· Work towards and exceed the set targets given by management before the deadlines.
Customer Relationship Management:
· Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
· Generate reference clients to boost overall sales.
Reporting:
· Provide regular reports on sales activities, closures, and targets to the management.
· Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and improvements.
