Skills
➢ Graduate with minimum 2-5 years’ experience in inbound voice process in BPO
domain of which 1-2 years should be in a customer service team handling
capacity.
➢ Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
➢ Excellent interpersonal skills, coordination skills, team management skill
➢ Good knowledge about the product and working of business and standards
➢ Responsible for meeting performance targets by coaching and managing teams
➢ Person must make efforts to ensure that all members adhere to SLAs.
➢ Manage the team and control the Shrinkage / attrition rates.
➢ Data management and analysis
➢ Basic computer skills- Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
