We are seeking a Junior Field Sales Executive in Bangalore Urban and Bangalore Rural. This position offers both full-time and part-time employment options. We are looking for a motivated individual with no more than 3 years of work experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills to thrive in our dynamic work environment.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must demonstrate strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet sales targets and drive growth (Mandatory skill).

  • Proficient negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements and close sales effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management, with the ability to nurture and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Solid product knowledge to confidently showcase and explain company offerings to potential customers.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple client accounts and deadlines efficiently.
  • Ability to network and expand company presence by identifying new business prospects and partnerships.
  • Problem-solving skills to address client concerns and find innovative solutions to meet their needs.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives in designated regions.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and establish relationships with prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase products and services effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to answer client inquiries accurately.
