We are seeking a Junior Field Sales Executive in Bangalore Urban and Bangalore Rural. This position offers both full-time and part-time employment options. We are looking for a motivated individual with no more than 3 years of work experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills to thrive in our dynamic work environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must demonstrate strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet sales targets and drive growth (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate ideas clearly and build rapport with clients (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements and close sales effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management, with the ability to nurture and maintain positive client relationships.
- Solid product knowledge to confidently showcase and explain company offerings to potential customers.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple client accounts and deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to network and expand company presence by identifying new business prospects and partnerships.
- Problem-solving skills to address client concerns and find innovative solutions to meet their needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives in designated regions.
- Identify potential business opportunities and establish relationships with prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase products and services effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to answer client inquiries accurately.
- Track sales activities, analyze results, and report on performance against targets.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales efforts and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, networking meetings, and trade shows to increase company exposure and prospect leads.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant legal and ethical standards within the industry.
