Job Description Summary

 Responsible as a System Test Lead Engineer for Hybrid and Electric Vehicle applications involving

Inverters, Motors, Batteries, E-Transmission & other BEV Components on a HIL/Dyne.

 Will be part of a multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary product development and testing teams working on

projects involving multiple locations.

Job Description

 Analyze and understand Vehicle level architecture and product schematic designs

 Analyze and understand the Functional Requirements/ Design Requirements and develop Test Strategy for

Software / System / Integration / Functional testing as per ASPICE process

 Develop Cybersecurity Validation Strategy

 Develop System Integration test strategy

 Develop System Qualification Test Strategy including Regression Test Strategy

 Develop System Safety Validation Strategy

 Establish work product baselines and communicate to all relevant parties, according to the method defined in

the project plan.

 Document the baseline according to the project configuration management strategy of the project.

 Document evidence of communication

Work Experience / Skills

 Domain Expertise in Electric Drives/ Transmission systems / Battery Management System / Vehicle Dynamics

 Experience in leading the project includes technical support, task planning, status monitoring & reporting

 Experience in Vehicle Powertrain Testing

 Knowledge of test methods and test management tools like Polarion/Doors/Jira.

 Knowledge of automotive ASPICE Standard,Functional Safety ISO 26262 & CyberSecuity Standards preferred.

 Knowledge of Autosar Concepts & Software in Loop(SIL) testing would be an added advantage.

 Basic knowledge of Microcontroller hardware, Motors, Automotive electronics and Electrical circuits.

 Preferred Tools knowledge : CANoe with CAPL Scripting, CANape, TraceTronic-ECU Test, NI LABVIEW, NI

VERISTAND, TESTSTAND, DIAGRA, ETAS INCA, Control Desk NG, Configuration Desk NG, JIRA, Polarion & Plastic

SCM/Bit Bucket

 Knowledge of Automotive communication protocols like CAN FD, LIN & Flexray Protocols

 Understanding of C language,Python, MATLAB Simulink/Simscape Models

 Strong interpersonal skills and high intercultural social competence.

 Good verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with global teams in agile approach

 Good analytical and problem solving capability
