Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Application Developer to join our dynamic team at Career mantra's office in Wakad, Pune. This full-time position requires a deep understanding of advanced application development and proficiency in handling big data challenges. As a Senior Application Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative applications that meet our sophisticated user needs. Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in statistical analysis, demonstrating the ability to interpret and process data efficiently for application integrations.
• Expertise in machine learning with a proven track record of implementing models for business solutions that enhance user experience.
• Proficiency in Python programming to develop, test, and deploy scalable applications that align with our business objectives.
• Strong capabilities in data visualization to effectively communicate complex data and insights to stakeholders and team members.
• Proven experience in predictive modeling to anticipate user needs and drive decision-making processes within the organization.
• Advanced skills in managing big data frameworks, including the ability to optimize and process data at scale.
• Solid understanding of SQL for manipulating, managing, and analyzing large datasets to support application functionalities.
• Hands-on experience in data mining to unearth trends, patterns, and correlations in extensive databases and improve our service offerings.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-performance applications and ensure they meet the quality standards set by Career mantra.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, analysts, and other developers to fuel product innovation.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues swiftly to ensure seamless application operation and user satisfaction.
• Integrate machine learning models into live applications to enhance offerings and streamline educational guidance solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high coding standards and practices are upheld across the team.
• Develop and implement testing strategies and debugging processes to ensure software reliability and performance optimally.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and methodologies in application development to foster continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior developers and oversee their progress and development to build a robust and knowledgeable development team.

Location:- Wakad Pune ( WFH,WFO)

Salary:- 6LPA to 10 LPA
