Job Overview

Career Mantra is seeking a motivated HR Operations Intern to join our team in Wakad, Pune. This is an internship position ideal for freshers looking to kickstart their career in HR operations. Candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply. The intern will gain hands-on experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy implementation. This role is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic educational advisory environment.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Familiarity with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates, is essential for this role.
  • Ability to develop strong employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies is highly valued.
  • Understanding of performance management techniques to assist in evaluating and enhancing employee productivity is required.
  • Interest in training and development, with skills to support organizing and delivering employee development programs, is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance and consistency in HR practices, is crucial.
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution to mediate and resolve potential workplace disputes effectively is necessary.
  • Awareness of labor law compliance ensuring employment practices are lawful and protect both employer and employee rights is important.
  • Experience or willingness to learn about HRIS management for efficient handling of employee data and HR processes is expected.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and supporting candidate selection.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring accurate and compliant documentation.
  • Collaborate in planning and executing employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Participate in onboarding programs to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the organization.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure best practices.
  • Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops to support employee skill development and career growth.
  • Help manage employee performance records and support managers in performance appraisal processes.
  • Support HR operations by providing assistance with employee queries, resolving issues, and maintaining confidentiality.
