  • Engage with potential candidates and provide information about available opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience.
  • Prepare and distribute job offer materials to selected candidates and handle follow-ups.
  • Provide support in organizing career fairs and other recruitment events to showcase Career Mantra's opportunities.
