  • Sales Strategy: Understanding the sales process to create and implement effective strategies for meeting sales targets.
  • Lead Generation: Ability to identify and qualify potential leads to expand the customer base and drive business growth.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation capabilities to achieve favorable terms and build lasting partnerships with clients.
  • Presentation Skills: Skilled in delivering presentations clearly and persuasively to various audiences to inform and engage.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and meet sales objectives in alignment with the company's mission.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions related to educational services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a coherent approach towards client management and problem resolution.
  • Actively participate in lead generation activities and follow up on potential sales prospects to convert them into clients.
  • Assist in research and analysis to gather insights for improving service offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Support event coordination and communication initiatives aimed at promoting Career mantra’s seminars and services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to share insights and updates.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes and strategies for increased efficiency.
