Role: Outbound Sales and Support
Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and address their queries effectively.
- Achieve sales targets by closing customer sales and following up on leads.
- Generate leads, make calls to potential customers, and guide them through the benefits of our Ayurvedic products.
- Provide consultations to patients, explaining how our products can help with their health issues.
- Build customer trust by providing detailed information about the company and our range of products.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Good communication skills with a confident voice.
- Ability to handle objections and convince customers effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet usage.
- Confidence and willingness to learn and grow.
- Experience in Ayurveda is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
- Freshers are welcome, but candidates with 1-2 years of experience in sales or healthcare will have an advantage.
Additional Information:
- No medical health background required, although it's a plus.
- The role requires proactive learning and the ability to apply knowledge daily.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
