Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Development Executive to join our Gwalior office on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales roles. This position will play a crucial role in driving our business objectives forward by generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and conducting market research to understand industry trends and opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of experience in a sales or business development environment.
- Proficiency in sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. (Mandatory skill)
- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate mutually beneficial agreements with clients and partners.
- Experienced in conducting market research to identify potential opportunities and areas for growth.
- Ability to manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and strategies to teams and clients.
- Strategic planning ability to set specific goals and devise actionable plans to achieve them.
- Adept in lead generation techniques, capable of identifying and securing new business prospects.
- Effective presentation skills to confidently deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
