This fresher-level, full-time position is ideal for individuals with up to one year of work experience. The role involves spearheading initiatives to foster student engagement and strengthen partnerships with educational institutions.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to further enhance our educational offerings and services.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align business development strategies with company objectives.
  • Generate and analyze reports on business development performance to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Participate in industry events and seminars to network and promote Career mantra's services.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to educational institutions and students seeking guidance.
