Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Admission Counselor for our Wakad, Pune branch. This full-time position involves guiding potential students through the college admission process with expertise and enthusiasm. The role emphasizes effective communication, sales skills, and a deep understanding of admissions, ensuring a smooth advisory experience for education seekers.

Qualifications and Skills

• comprehensive knowledge of the admissions process to guide candidates effectively through each step (Mandatory skill)
• strong customer service skills to ensure student satisfaction and respond promptly to queries
• excellent problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges and uncertainties in the admission process
• keen attention to detail to review applications and verify information accuracy meticulously
• organization skills to manage multiple applications simultaneously and ensure timely follow-ups
• adept time management to prioritize tasks effectively and meet various application deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities

• assist students in understanding admission requirements and navigating application processes
• conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to assess students' educational needs and preferences
• collaborate with academic departments to obtain and communicate accurate course information
• participate in educational seminars and outreach events to promote our advisory services
• analyze student data to provide tailored recommendations and guide decision-making processes
• facilitate effective communication between students, parents, and educational institutions
• track admission trends and update resources to maintain current and relevant information
• manage inquiries through various channels ensuring timely and informative responses

Language: Telugu,Tamil,Malayalam,Kannada.

Salary: 15k to 20k ( Depends on Interview and experience)

Timing: 10am to 7pm

Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
