Join Career mantra as a Junior Admission Counsellor, a full-time position based in Gwalior. We're seeking a professional with 1 to 3 years of experience to guide students through their college and course selections. Your role will leverage personal counseling, sales, B2C marketing, and communication skills to support and direct educational seekers towards fulfilling their academic and career goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience of 1 to 3 years in counseling or educational advisory roles.
• Proficiency in sales techniques specially within the B2C sector for driving enrollments and engagements.
• Solid understanding and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and guide potential students.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective student, parent, and institutional interaction.
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with and understand student needs and aspirations.
• Ability to operate with a customer-focused mindset to offer personalized educational advice and solutions.
• Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, ensuring high levels of student satisfaction.
• Familiarity with the educational courses, admission criteria, and related processes for UG and PG studies.

• Provide feedback and reports on student interactions and inquiries to improve our services and outreach strategies.
