Job Overview

Career Mantra is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with up to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, remote position based in Wakad, Pune. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Salesforce CRM customization and strive to leverage Salesforce technologies to optimize our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data migration.
• Design and execute data migration strategies, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from legacy systems to Salesforce.
• Utilize Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench, and other ETL tools for data migration tasks.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the migration process by implementing validation and testing protocols.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications and enhancements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all development and migration activities.
• Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and platform features to optimize system performance and user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on data migration projects.
• Salesforce certification (Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator, or other relevant certifications) is a plus.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with data migration tools (Data Loader, Informatica, MuleSoft, etc.) and ETL processes.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, objects, and relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
